Everything for Amara"

Amara was 14 years old when she nearly left school for good. Her family in the hills above Kandy could not afford the term fees, uniform, and bus fare that stood between her and her classroom.

AFT's scholarship program covered every cost. Today, Amara ranks in the top 10% of her district in national examinations. She has applied to study nursing.
